Модель ROCE
Модель оценки бизнеса, основанная на показателе ROCE (доходность используемого капитала). ROCE — это отношение операционной прибыли, выработанной в определенном году, к объему капитала, использованного для того, чтобы произвести эту прибыль. От показателя внутренней нормы доходности IRR его отличает то, что последний относится не к прибыли за год, а к движению денежных средств за весь срок жизни инвестиционного проекта (или бизнеса).

Показатель прибыльности (рентабельности) компании по версии МСФО. Исчисляется по формуле: EBIT ???100% – Постоянные активы + Оборотный капитал, где EBIT – доходы до вычета налогов и процентов. Недостатком показателя является то, что он не учитывает стоимость капитала (издержки пользования капиталом). И все же считается, что он лучше отражает рентабельность компании, чем показатель чистой прибыли/убытка.
